External Practice Facility

Located on the western side of Accor Stadium near Gate L, this 3,000-square-metre, floodlit outdoor space is purpose-built for training and practice.

Available for hire year-round*, the External Practice Facility is regularly used by professional teams preparing for competition, as well as schools, clubs and sporting organisations looking for a high-quality space in the heart of Sydney Olympic Park. 

Whether you’re running structured drills, working through match prep or just looking for space to train, the facility offers flexibility, privacy and proximity to the Stadium itself.

Hire Inclusions

• Exclusive access for the duration of your booking
• Availability between 6am and 11pm
• Suitable for football, rugby league, rugby union, cricket, AFL, and more

Please note:

• No equipment is provided with the hire. The hirer must supply all training gear, including balls, portable goals, cones and any other items required.
• No on-site parking is included in the hire. 
• Parking is available in P1 next to the Stadium at casual rates.
• Any access may be subject to Sydney Olympic Park Authority (SOPA) approval

Pricing

Standard Hire: $220 per hour (plus GST)

For regular or ongoing sessions, save with a multi-hour package:

• 25 hours – 5% discount ($209/hour + GST)
• 50 hours – 10% discount ($198/hour + GST)
• 75 hours – 15% discount ($187/hour + GST)
  Hours must be used within 12 months of your first booking.

*All bookings are subject to availability around events and Stadium operations.
